Our Story

Born from hills,
shaped by time

Goldhill Vineyard & Brewery didn't start with a business plan. It started with a patch of sun-warmed earth in the Sierra foothills, a handful of vine cuttings, and the stubborn belief that the best things are made slowly.

Today, our estate vines produce varietals that carry the minerality and warmth of this specific stretch of California terrain. Our brewery, built alongside the vineyard, turns local grains and mountain water into small-batch beers that tell the same story — just in a different glass.

Our estate vines are planted at elevations that stretch the growing season, giving our wines a depth you won't find anywhere else in the foothills.

Full-bodied with dark cherry, cedar, and a hint of Sierra sage. Aged 18 months in French oak.

The Brewery

Our brewery sits in the shadow of the vineyard for a reason — we believe beer and wine share the same DNA: patience, place, and pride. Every batch is brewed in 15-gallon increments, fermented in temperature-controlled stainless, and conditioned until it's ready. Not until the calendar says so.
